Our company has started the Evaluation for UNICEF Mongolia's Geographic Targeting Approach in Programming for 2012-2016 and 2017-2021. 'Pilot-policy-scale up' is often a suitable approach for country like Mongolia who has vast territory. Analyzing it through primary and secondary data will one a part of our Evaluation.
