Co-construction of Theory of Change and LogFrame for Zorig Foundation's 'Sustainable Employment for Youth Program'

Theory of Change and LogFrame are key to successful project management from its conception to completion. Our company was contracted by Zorig Foundation to construct and reconstruct these foundational documents. Ms. Erdenechimeg (Chimgee) Ulziisuren, CEO & Founder of Cognos International LLC - Research & Evaluation Company, facilitated the co-creation of Theory of Change and reconstruction of LogFrame of 'Sustainable Employment for Youth Program' of Zorig Foundation. We are grateful for this work as the consultancy not only allowed the technical intervention but also capacity building of the Client's in developing Theory of Change and LogFrame.
