GIZ 'Gender assessment and analysis with a focus on the participation and empowerment of women and persons with disabilities in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) related to the heavy duty machinery sector in Mongolia' started

With the commissioning of GIZ Mongolia, our company has started the 'Gender assessment and analysis with a focus on the participation and empowerment of women and persons with disabilities in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) related to the heavy duty machinery sector in Mongolia'. The findings and recommendations of this assessment will focus on barriers and enablers for women and persons with disabilities from entering the HDM industry, what supports needed for them to enter and satisfactorily continue working in the industry. The assessment report will be published by end of this year.
