Final Evaluation of Mainstreaming Social Accountability in Mongolia (MASAM)-II started

On March 8, 2023, Cognos International LLC was contracted by Global Integrity, an international NGO based at the Open Gov Hub in Washington D.C, to carry out the Final Evaluation for the Mainstreaming Social Accountability in Mongolia (MASAM)-II. The project aims to provide capacity building and technical assistance to mainstream social accountability towards more effective use of public funds in key sectors contributing to improved public service delivery and investments across 21 Mongolia provinces and the city of Ulaanbaatar.

The specific objectives of the Final Evaluation are to:

1. Design, implement, and report the final evaluation for the MASAM II project in alignment with the GPSA’s Theory of Action and associated Results Framework.

2. Contribute to portfolio and field-wide learning about the mechanisms, conditions, results, sustainability, and scalability of collaborative social accountability. 

Final report will be completed in October, 2023.
