"RAPID NEEDS ASSESSMENT OF HOMELESS POPULATION IN ULAANBAATAR" report is officially out published on the Asian Development Bank website. The purpose of the research was to examine the situation of the street homeless population and homeless population living in places not intended for habitation such as apartment building basements and entrance areas and under stairs in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. Face-to-face data collection was carried out from from the 405 street homeless people, 200 homeless people living in a place not intended for habitation, 26 KIIs embracing representatives of government, public and NGO shelters and families of street homeless population, and facilitating 7 FGDs involving 37 people and 29 in-depth interviews with the street homeless people, on February 20 to April 20, 2022 with the Asian Development Bank funding.
